1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lailix PRD Builder service provided by Lailix GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland.

2. Service Description

The Lailix PRD Builder is an AI-powered tool that helps you create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) through a guided conversation. The generated PRDs are optimized for use with Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lailix PRD Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during the PRD creation process
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to create content that violates third-party rights
• Not exceed the rate limits of the free tier (3 PRDs per day)

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any ideas, concepts, and content you provide during the PRD creation process. The generated PRD document belongs to you.

Our Service: The Lailix PRD Builder service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, remains the property of Lailix GmbH.

6. AI-Generated Content

The PRDs are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the generated PRD before use.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Lailix GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Free and Enterprise Tiers

Free Tier: Limited to 3 PRDs per day. PRDs are delivered via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
