When you use the Lailix PRD Builder, we collect:

• Email Address: To deliver your completed PRD document
• Conversation Data: Your chat messages and AI responses to generate your PRD
• Generated PRD Content: The final document we create for you
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the PRD generation service
• To send you your completed PRD via email
• To improve our service through anonymized analytics
• To send service-related communications

4. AI Processing

Your conversation data is processed by Google Gemini AI to generate your PRD. This data is transmitted securely and processed in accordance with Google's data processing terms. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) to ensure GDPR compliance. We retain your data for 90 days after PRD generation, after which it is automatically deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Under Swiss (FADP) and EU (GDPR) data protection laws, you have the right to:
